What do I get after my first year for my monthly fee?

Once you are past the first year with Ready Steady Websites® we know that you'll probably need less support from us. That's why our prices get cheaper in year two! But that doesn't mean we're not still here when you need us.

We're here to help you with your online business whether it's fixing something you've broken on your site or discussing a bit of design or website strategy on a Wednesday call, we're here to help.

We have a full list of everything you get in year two and beyond below.

All of our plans come with

  • Unlimited Private Support tickets

    We'll respond to your private support tickets  during Monday to Friday (response times differ per plan)

  • Free website hosting

    Daily backups saved to dual locations (and kept for 30 days), firewalls and edge caching including web optimisation.

  • Free SMTP services

    Your website delivers emails when contact forms are sent and payments are made through your website. In order to maximise deliverability we provide an SMTP service to deliver these, via Mailgun.

  • Email mailboxes

    10GB Mailbox for as long as you're a paying member. Amount of mailboxes differ per plan.

  • Access to our "how to" tutorials

    Our membership site has all the tutorials you need to keep working with your website. Tutorials are regularly reviewed and kept up to date.

  • Assistance with any website related tech issues

    If you have problems with connected systems like Stripe, PayPal or your email marketing system then we're here to help.

  • Access to our Members Only Facebook Group

    A friendly community of other Ready Steady Websites® members, run by the co-founders.

  • Access to Zoom Wednesdays

    You can book in for private 1:1 zoom sessions when needed each Wednesday, subject to availability, first come first-served.

  • NEW: Monthly co-working sessions

    From May, you can book in for one co-working session a month to help keep you motivated on your website! This will be upgraded to two sessions a month in October!

Support ticket response time is up to 72 hours Mon-Fri.

Support ticket response time is up to 48 hours Mon-Fri.
