The with brand design
We've noticed a big increase in people using branding services on sites like Fiverr, People per hour and Upwork and paying rock bottom prices or trying to do it themselves on Canva. The problem is, they're getting rock bottom results or a brand that isn't really a brand.
We're sure there are good designers on those sites, but finding a great one is difficult. Common issues are:
- A lack of the understanding of your business leading to a generic looking logo with no story.
- Stock logos being re-used, lots of "designers" are just using stock libraries or old client logos that didn't make it.
- Logos created that do not have a single colour option (which means it cannot be printed in black and white).
- Logos that are based on pixels so they cannot be scaled.
- A colour palette that does not work on screen / print with no content colours or subtle colours for web and print usage.
- Fonts recommended that you have to purchase separate licenses for without you being informed of that fact.
- No thought has gone into the future proofing of the brand in terms of logo versatility.
- Final brand assets are unusable. For example; logo is provided as a jpeg with white background, no vector files are sent which means you cannot use the logo for print, banners, large format application.
- No CMYK (print colours) provided so you're unable to replicate your brand colours in print.
- The list goes on and on and on...

We have a tried and tested process that we take our branding clients through, a process that has been refined close to perfection through 20+ years of creating brands and logos.

Here's how our branding process works
This is for the typical branding package, timelines are for guidance only as it depends on what you need and how many iterations we need to go through to get things right for you.
Getting started
As soon as you pay we send you our Branding Questionnaire. This takes you through all of basic information that we need to start thinking about your brand.
Kick-off Call
When we receive your questionnaire, we will get in touch with you within the next 48 hours (Mon to Fri) to arrange your kick-off call over Zoom. The onboarding call lasts around 30-60 minutes and we'll dive deeper than the questionnaire to make sure we understand you, your business and your future plans.
The Branding starts
Now we have everything we need, we'll get our creative juices flowing and begin sketching out concepts by hand initially to get a solid logo and brand concept working in a single colour. We'll be in touch as soon as we have something we're happy with.
Typical timelines: 1 week for initial concept to be sent over to you.
Version Reviews
We'll present the initial logo in a draft document via email, complete with "Chris notes" and how we see the logo working in single colour and in full colour along with an initial colour palette suggestion. You'll be able to book in for your first of two Iteration Review calls. On this call we'll discuss your thoughts. If you're happy with everything at this stage, we add our final polish to the logo and create all of your branding assets and brand guidelines.
If you want us to work on another version, we will repeat this process.
Typical timelines: 1 to 2 weeks depending on feedback
Your Branding is Ready!
After sign off from the iteration phase, we're all good to go. We'll then get everything finalised and send your brand guidelines and all the brand assets you requested as part of your package.

We normally charge £3,000 for our full branding package as a one-off fee.

Where's the catch?
This is where most people will say, there isn't one... but we do have a catch... we have a limit on the amount of branding packages we take on each month, we will only take on 3 new packages a month.

Frequently Asked Questions
Of course you do, as soon as your final payment is made, the copyright automatically transfers to you.
If you pay upfront, then that's instant. If you pay over 3 months or 12 months, when the final payment has been made that's when we transfer copyright. This is just to protect our IP should someone pay for one or two month's, get their brand and then not pay any more, which I'm sure you wouldn't do anyway!
We will refund your payment in full if you change your mind before the "Kick-off Call". However, if you have been in contact with us and we have assisted you within this time we will deem this as having started the branding package with us, at which point no refund will be granted.
No you do not, our branding packages are available to everyone. Of course, if you do already have a site with us you get a massive 33.3% off the above prices!
Yes sure, that is no problem at all. As long as you're a paying member of one of our RSW plans you have access to this discounted branding package so long as it's for your company or another company you are involved with.
No, it's not exactly the same as the £3,000 package as we don't deal with sub-brands or anything additional that's not on the "Here is what you get" list.
The RSW branding package is the sweet spot and covers everything you need for a professional brand.
The £3,000 package typically covers more in terms of designs for sub brands and products, more calls, more iterations and additional materials like presentation slide decks and additional printed materials.
Most of our lovely RSW members do not need all this extra output, which is why we came up with a better price for you.

Unfortunately, we've seen a growing trend in people signing up for something and then relinquishing on their commitment to finish paying under the terms of the contract. This costs us extra administration time and legal fees in chasing these payments. The additional cost on the 12 month instalments is to cover those eventualities.
Even with the split payments, it's still waaaaay cheaper than our standard £3,000 inc VAT cost!
No, it's not exactly the same as our £3,000 all singing all dancing branding package.
The RSW branding package hits a sweet spot, you get loads for your money but we don't cover sub-brands, only your main brand and we don't work on anything additional which isn't in the "Here is what you get" list.
Our full branding package that we offer for £3,000 comes with more zoom calls and more output based on in-depth discussions. Typically a £3,000 branding package will extend to design of additional materials such as powerpoint/keynote decks, brand patterns as well as designing for sub-brands/products as well. This is why it has a higher price tag, as it's more bespoke and more work for us.
