Connector Add-on Services
Everything you need is already included. The costs below are completely optional and designed to enhance your experience. If you are using a Premium Connection, these will be taken out of your monthly wallet allowance before a charge occurs.

It includes unlimited free customer-initiated messaging, as long as the business replies within 24 hours. This 24-hour window resets each time the customer sends a new message. Unlike SMS, there’s no charge per message.
Business-initiated messages are charged individually. However, once the customer replies, a 72-hour window opens, allowing unlimited free messaging during that period.
Premium Connections
Additional fees apply for the following Premium Services across the platform:
- Premium Triggers & Actions: $0.02 per action (e.g. $10 = 500 actions)
- Workflow AI: $0.06 per action (e.g. $10 = 165 prompts). The first 100 prompts are free.
- Content AI: $0.18 per 1,000 words and $0.12 per image (e.g. $10 = 55,000 words)
All Premium Connections are completely optional and designed as add-ons for users who choose to use them. They are not required to use the core system.
Calls or SMS Messages
It is possible to send SMS and receive/make calls with Connector. However, SMS costs in the UK are prohibitive compared to the US (It's approx 4p per SMS in the UK). IG and FB messenger are free and WhatsApp costs less so we recommend using those if you need them.
It is also possible to purchase dedicate phone number via Connector. Enquire for more details.
